TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

These conditions govern the purchase of products through the Website. When placing an order, the User must have read and accepted the terms and conditions set out herein.

 

PURCHASE PROCESS

The purchase process consists of the following steps:

  • Product selection: the User may browse the catalogue and add the products to the shopping cart.
  • Personal and shipping information: the User must provide the information required for billing and shipping.
  • Payment: the User will select the payment method and complete the transaction.
  • Confirmation: you will receive an email with the order details.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices include applicable VAT and are expressed in euros (€).

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Payments by credit or debit card are made through an SSL-certified server, through which bank card details are encrypted for secure communication. This payment option is made immediately through a payment gateway (virtual POS).
  • PayPal: PayPal allows you to pay directly without communicating your financial details on the Internet. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential data with the help of the best technologies available on the market.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the products have not been used and retain their original packaging.

To request a return, the User must contact info@provokart.es, indicating the order number. If the cause is due to an error on our part, then we will send you the new product and pay the shipping costs.

If the reason is that you did not like it or are not satisfied, the User will pay the return shipping costs and the new shipping costs with the exchange of the products for others of the same amount. All of this provided that the product arrives in perfect condition, in its original packaging and unopened or unsealed.

 

LITIGATION AND LIABILITIES

PROVOKART is not responsible for the non-delivery of the order due to lack of availability of products, causes of force majeure, unforeseeable events, strikes whether of the entity itself, sectoral or general or those promoted by workers of the postal and transport and/or communications services.

PROVOKART will not be liable for the aforementioned events for indirect damages, loss of operation, profit or opportunity.

Hypertext links may redirect you to other websites. PROVOKART declines all responsibility in the event that the content of these contravenes the legal and regulatory provisions in force.

MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS

PROVOKART reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be applicable to purchases made after their publication.
