The User has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, provided that the products have not been used and retain their original packaging.
To request a return, the User must contact info@provokart.es, indicating the order number. If the cause is due to our error, then we will send the new product and we will bear the shipping costs.
If the reason is that you did not like it or you are not satisfied, the User will bear the cost of return shipping and the new shipment with the exchange of the products for others of the same amount.
